Film opening I like: Fast & Furious 6

I like this film opening becasue it is 'full on'- it is not boring and does not hold back. It leaves the audience asking appropriate questions such as: 'are they rivals?', 'are they competing', 'Why are they racing?', Where are they going?'. The genre is made obvious which is good because you want the audience to ask questions but not to be confused.
The first shot is to the two cars next to each other and in from of the camera.
This opening scene is gripping for the audience because uses lots of different shots even though the content is quite basic (to cars racing along a curvy road). They use: long shots, high angle, low angle, level angle, extreme lone shot, medium, mid-long, and close up shots.
